六盘山鸡爪大黄根茎多糖分布特征的研究

Study on the Localization Characteristics of Rhubarb Polysaccharide in Rhizome of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.et Balf.var. liupanshanense Cheng et Kao

目的研究六盘山鸡爪大黄根茎大黄多糖的贮藏分布特征。方法采用组织化学方法观察根茎大黄多糖的分布规律。结果大黄多糖在根茎内的贮藏是多位点的,在根茎的周皮、皮层、次生维管组织的薄壁细胞以及髓内不同程度地贮藏和积累了一定数量的大黄多糖,次生木质部的木薄壁细胞和次生韧皮部的韧皮薄壁细胞是主要贮藏和积累的部位,木薄壁细胞与韧皮薄壁细胞相比,贮藏大黄多糖的含量相对较多,大黄多糖的贮藏积累方式为逐渐累积的方式。结论根茎是六盘山鸡爪大黄多糖贮藏和分布的主要器官之一,薄壁细胞是其贮藏和积累的主要部位。

Objective To study the distribution characteristics of rhubarb polysaccharide in rhizome of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.et Balf.var.liupanshanense Cheng et Kao.Methods The distribution laws of rhubarb polysaccharide in rhizome were observed by histochemical methods.Results The distribution of rhubarb polysaccharide in rhizome was of multilocus,rhubarb polysaccharide of rhizome exist in periderm,cortex,parenchyma of secondary vascular tissue and pith differently.The xylem parenchyma of secondary xylem and the phloem parenchyma of secondary phloem in rhizome were chief tissues which store and accumulate rhubarb polysaccharide and rhubarb polysaccharide content was higher in xylem parenchyma than that in phloem parenchyma;the proditiction of rhubarb polysaccharide was gradual,cumulative process.Conclusion Rhizome of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.et Balf.var.liupanshanense Cheng et Kao is one of chief organs which store and accumulate rhubarb polysaccharide,and the parenchyma are chief tissues which store and accumulate rhubarb polysaccharide.
