山芝麻对肝纤维化大鼠血清学指标的影响

Influence of the Water Extract from Helicteres angustifolia on Serum Makers in Rats with Hepatic Fibrosis

目的探讨山芝麻水提物(Helicteres angustifolia)对肝纤维化大鼠血清学指标的影响。方法采用四氯化碳(CCl4)灌胃诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,6周末检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、透明质酸(HA)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)的含量。结果山芝麻各剂量组均可明显提高SOD活性,显著降低肝纤维化大鼠血清MDA、HyP、HA和TIMP-1含量(P<0.01或P<0.01),且随着药物浓度的增加,其作用逐渐增强,呈现量效反应关系。结论山芝麻具有抗大鼠肝纤维化的作用。

Objective To study the effects of the water extract from Helicteres angustifolia on five serum indexes of liver fibrosis.Methods The rat model of hepatic fibrosis was established by intragastric administration with carbon tetrachloride(CCl4).At the end of the 6th week the the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),hykroxyproline(Hyp),hyaluronic acid(HA),and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)were detected.Results Helicteres angustifolia could markedly increase SOD activity,decrease MDA,Hyp,HA and TIMP-1 contents,and as the drug concentration increased,the effects also gradually increased,showing dose-effect relationship.Conclusion Helicteres angustifolia has anti-fibrotic effect on liver fibrosis of rats.
