摘要
目的研究青天葵中水溶性化学成分。方法应用多种色谱手段及重结晶方法分离纯化化合物,运用波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果从青天葵95%乙醇提取物的水溶部位分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为正亮氨酸(norleucine)(1),沙苑子苷(complanatuside)(2),5,7,4'-三羟基黄酮-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖(l→4)-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5,7,4'-trihydroxy flavonoid-8-C-β-D-glucosy l→4-O-β-D-glucoside)(3)和肥皂草苷(saponarin)(4)。结论化合物2~4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the water-soluble constituents of Nerviliae fordii.Methods A combination of various chromatography methods and recrystallization was used to isolate the constituents.The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis.Results Four compounds were isolated from the water fraction of alcoholic extraction of Nerviliae fordii and identified as norleucine(1),complanatuside(2),5,7,4’-trihydroxy flavonoid-8-C-β-D-glucosy l→4-O-β-D-glucoside(3) and saponarin(4).Conclusion Compounds 2-4 are isolated from Nerviliae fordii for the first time.
