摘要
目的优选马齿苋中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。方法设计L9(34)正交实验,采用紫外分光光度法测定总皂苷含量,以马齿苋中胡萝卜苷的含量为考察指标,考察提取时间、提取次数、料液比及乙醇体积分数4个因素对总皂苷提取的影响,优化提取工艺。结果得到马齿苋中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺,即乙醇的体积分数为75%,料液比为1∶10,提取次数3次,提取时间为1.0 h。结论该工艺稳定可靠。
Objective To study the optimal extraction process of total saponins of purslane,one of the effective parts of purslane.Methods L9(34) orthogonal experiment was designed.The content of total saponins was determined by UV spectrophotometry,the content of Daucosterol was developed as its quality standard,and four factors that may affect the extraction of total saponins were studied,including examining extraction time,extraction times,alcoholic volume and alcoholic concentration.Results The best extraction process of total saponins was 10 times amount of 75% EtOH,extraction solvent to reflux for 1.0 hour and 3 times.Conclusion The process is stable and reliable.
