赤雹不同药用部位中总黄酮含量的测定

Determination of the Total Flavonoid Contents from Different Medicinal Parts in Thladiantha dubia Bunge.

目的建立赤雹不同药用部位中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法以芦丁为标准品,采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法测定赤雹不同药用部位中总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁在5～50μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率(赤雹全草、叶、果实,n=6)分别为99.4%,99.1%,98.7%,RSD分别为1.77%,1.83%,1.83%。结论该方法简单,数据可信,为科学使用赤雹不同药用部位提供了可靠依据。

Objective To establish the determination methods of the total flavonoid contents from different medicinal parts in Thladiantha dubia Bunge.Methods The content of total flavonoid in Thladiantha dubia Bunge.was determined by sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate colorimetric with Rutin as a standard product.Results The linear range of Rutin was in the range of 5～50 μg/ml.The average recoveries(leaf,herba,fruit in Thladiantha dubia Bunge.,n=6) were 99.4%,99.1%,98.7%,with RSD of 1.77%,1.83%,1.83%.Conclusion The method is simple and reliable.It can provide a reliable basis for scientific use in different medicinal parts of Thladiantha dubia Bunge.
