补元聪脑汤对阿尔茨海默病大鼠的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察补元聪脑汤对阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的影响。方法大鼠大脑海马CA1区注射β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ1-42)与鹅膏蕈氨酸(IBO)的混合物制成AD大鼠模型,用药前后检测大鼠的学习记忆能力及各项指标。结果 AD大鼠造模成功;补元聪脑汤能改善大鼠学习记忆能力,且升高SOD、ChAT和AchE活性。结论补元聪脑汤能升高SOD、ChAT和AchE活性,治疗AD大鼠有明显疗效。
