藏药“佐塔”的成分分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的利用现代物理化学方法分析"佐塔"中的无机成分和有机成分,并观察其微观结构。方法等离子发射光谱(OES)-质谱仪(MS)联用对"佐塔"进行全元素定性、定量分析;利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜-能谱分析仪(SEM-EDAX)分析"佐塔"中所含成分的晶形并观察其微观结构;使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)初步对"佐塔"不同极性提取物进行有机成分的探索。结果 "佐塔"中含三十多种元素,其中主要成分为S和Hg;含有六方HgS、单质C、Fe3O4等晶系;"佐塔"颗粒大小为1~5μm,基本以积聚态的形式存在,且形状和分布都不规则。结论 "佐塔"中含有多种无机成分和有机成分,但其药效成分还有待于进一步研究。 Objective To analyze the constituents of inorganic and organic in Zogta using the modern physical and chemical methods,and to observe its microstructure.Methods The OES-MS was used to analyze qualitatively and quantitatively ail elements in Zogth;XRD and SEM-EDA were used to analyze the crystal forms and to observe its micro-crystalline structure of Zogta.The different polar extract organic compounds were detected by HPLC.Results More than 30 kinds of elements,mainly S and Hg,were contained in Zogta;hexagonally crystallized HgS,monatomic C,Fe3O4 and other crystals were detected.The size of particles of Zogta is 1-5 microns and in the form of accumulations,which the shape and distribution were not the rules.Conclusion Zogta has various inorganic elements and organic constituents and its active constituents will be studied in future.
