素质教育要求与之相适应的考核体系,高校招考制度改革必须符合素质教育的要求。除了继续将内容改革作为重点外,高考与招录制度改革须从多个视角入手,如试行分层、分类高考,打通各类、层教育形式间的通道;遵循经常性考核原则,实施多元化录取标准;实行高考组织与实施的独立化,以及加强高校招考的人性化管理等。
