本文将我国现阶段城中村改造中对低收入流动人口的安置模式归纳为过渡性廉租房模式、多样化房源模式、低价公寓模式三种,分析它们存在的问题。借鉴发达国家低收入人口安置成功经验,提出完善我国的城中村改造和低收入流动人口安置的策略。

The article summarizes and analyses three resettlement patterns in our present village reform of the low-income floating population including transitional low-cost housing model, diversification availability model and cheap apartment model .Draw lessons from the successful experience of the resettlement patterns in the development countries, the article present the strategies to maturity reform of the village in city and resettlement of low-income resettlement.
