摘要
突发事件相关群体的愤怒情绪应当引起应急管理者和政府的关注,本文以愤怒情绪的监测与度量为出发点,首先分析了群体愤怒情绪的发生、发展、蔓延和转化的机理,然后采用网络调查的方式,选取网络新闻评论为调查依据,建立了群体愤怒情绪度量模型,选取了一个算例进行分析,可以为突发事件的预警提供依据,但模型还存在很大的局限性,并且能否真正有效的反映群体的愤怒程度还要依据实际情况进行调整和修正。
The mood of anger expressed in the emergency by a group of people should be paid more attention. In the paper, how the mood of anger comes into being, develops, spreads and transforms is analyzed firstly. Then the degree of the mood of anger is measured by a mathematics model, based on the review of news on the Internet, and an example is given to demonstrate how to calculate according to the model.
