摘要
目的报告本口岸艾滋病初筛实验室检测出首例HIV抗体阳性病例。方法按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》(2009年修订版)和SN/T1228-2003国境口岸艾滋病检验规程对血样检测。结果该份血样HIV抗体初筛为阳性,经确认为HIV-1抗体阳性。结论天河口岸履行职责,以专业技术把关,切实防控艾滋病。
Objective To report the first case of HIV antibody positive detected by AIDS screening laboratory at Tianhe Port.Methods The blood sample was tested according to National Guideline for Detection of HIV/AIDS in 2009 revision and SN/T 1228-2003 Surveillance Codes for AIDS at Frontier Port.Results The blood sample was HIV antibody positive by screening test,then was identified as HIV-1 antibody positive by confirmatory test.Conclusions It performed the duties,prevented and controlled AIDS effectively by the professional technical check at Tianhe Port.
