摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者的同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、尿酸(uricacid,UA)水平变化及意义。方法测定93例2型糖尿病患者的血清Hcy、UA,并与50例健康体检者作对照。结果 2型糖尿病患者的血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、尿酸(UA)和对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Hcy、UA是2型糖尿病并发肾脏疾病的一个危险因素,应重视对糖尿病伴高同型半胱氨酸血症、高尿酸血症的预防和治疗。
Objective To explore the level change and meaning of homocysteine and uricacid in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Measuring homocysteine and uricacid in 93 type 2 diabetic patients,compared with 50 normal controls.Results Serume homo-cysteine and uricacid in type 2 diabetes were higher than those in controls (P<0.01).Conclusion Homocysteine and uricacid are a dangerous factor in type 2 diabetes with kindey complication,it take prevent and treatment diabetes with hyperhomo-cysteinemia and hyperuricemia seriously.
