On the Effectiveness of Government Regulation on Edible Farm Produce Safety

该文以食用农产品安全为例,对影响政府规制有效性的障碍性因素进行分析,并提出了政府规制有效性的衡量标准,在此基础上探讨提高政府规制有效性的基本思路,以期为政府规制改革提供政策依据。

Taking edible farm produce as an example,this paper analyzes the obstructive factors in influencing the effectiveness of government regulation,puts forward the criteria of the effectiveness,and thereupon discusses the basic approaches to the enhancement of the effectiveness to provide policy bases for government regulation reform.
