摘要
[目的]筛选罗田苍术[Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.) DC.Subsp.Luotianensis Hu et Feng in ed.]增殖培养的最佳培养基,为罗田苍术种苗工厂化生产提供技术指导。[方法]以罗田苍术的嫩枝为外植体,筛选出最适宜的基本培养基;再利用L9(34)正交试验优化6-BA、KT、NAA和IBA的配比。[结果]N68为罗田苍术最适宜的基本培养基,各植物生长调节剂的最佳浓度为1.0 mg/L6-BA+1.0 mg/LKT+0.5 mg/LNAA+0.2 mg/LIBA。[结论]该试验筛选出了罗田苍术增殖培养的最佳培养配方,为罗田苍术种苗工厂化生产提供了技术指导。
