RP-HPLC法测定蜘蛛香中蒙花苷的含量

Determination of Content of Linarin in Valeriana wallichii DC.by RP-HPLC

[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定蜘蛛香(Valeriana wallichiiDC.)中蒙花苷的含量,为蜘蛛香药材的质量评价提供参考。[方法]采用ZorbaxSB C18色谱柱(150.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇?0.1%的乙酸(V∶V=70∶30),流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为326 nm。[结果]蒙花苷在0.010～0.080μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7);样品平均回收率为98.20%,RSD值为1.78%(n=5)。[结论]RP-HPLC法可作为蜘蛛香中蒙花苷含量测定的一种有效方法,这为蜘蛛香药材的质量评价提供了参考。
