超声波辅助法提取北五味子色素工艺的优化 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]优化超声波辅助法提取北五味子(Schisandra chinensis Baill.)色素的提取工艺,为规模化提取北五味子色素的生产提供依据。[方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验对北五味子色素提取工艺进行优化。[结果]北五味子色素最佳的提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为80%(V/V),提取温度为40℃,提取时间为35 min,料液比为1∶12(W/V)。[结论]筛选出北五味子色素提取的最佳工艺,为规模化提取北五味子色素提供了依据。 [Objective]To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of pigment from Schisandra chinensis Baill.,so as to provide evidence for industrialization extraction of pigment from Schisandra chinensis Baill..[Method]Based on single factor test,the extraction process of pigment from Schisandra chinensis Baill.was optimized with orthogonal test.[Result]The optimal extraction processes of pigment from Schisandra chinensis Baill.were as follows:80% ethanol of extraction solvent,40 ℃ of extraction temperatu...
