摘要
[目的]研究植物根际对重金属复合污染土壤酶活性的影响。[方法]通过盆栽试验,研究了在不同小麦生长时期重金属铜与镉、铅、锌复合作用对根区、非根区土壤脲酶活性的影响。[结果]在铜分别与镉、铅、锌的交互作用下,土壤脲酶活性随小麦的生长有下降趋势,根区脲酶活性总体上高于非根区。3种重金属交互作用类型对土壤脲酶活性的影响有所不同且受小麦生长时期的不同的影响,不同重金属交互作用类型对铜单独作用下土壤脲酶活性的影响也存在一定差异。铜其复合污染在小麦生长的抽穗期和成熟期对土壤脲酶活性的影响相对较小。[结论]该研究可为评价土壤重金属污染环境质量提供理论依据。
