摘要
按国家标准食品卫生检验方法GB-T5009.37-2003食用植物油卫生标准的分析方法的理化部分对太原市市面所售食用油以及粮油商店所售散装食用油进行了抽样鉴定。结果表明,太原市市面所售食用植物油品质的鉴定结果与GB/T2716-2005.食用植物油卫生标准及GB/T7102.1-2003.食用植物油煎炸过程中的卫生标准中所给出的酸价、过氧化值以及羰基价比较,均无明显差异。
According to national standards food sanitation inspection procedure GB-T 5009.37-2003 edible vegetable oil sanitation standard analysis method physics and chemistry part,the cooking oil in the market of Taiyuan City are sampled for test.Results show that the tested results of edible plant oil quality in the Taiyuan market has no obvious differences to the edible vegetable oil sanitation standard GB/T2716-2005 and the acid value,peroxide value as well as carbonyl price in edible plant fries in oil explodes ...
