摘要
研究试图通过赣州市中心城区滨江四期地块改造工程规划建筑设计的实例,探讨现代居住区规划设计中的人本主义问题,旨在通过富有人本主义精神的居住区的规划设计来提高居民的物质文化水平,提高居民的生活质量,使居民处处享受人本主义关怀。
The cases about trying to reform project planning and architectural design in Binjiang 4 land parcels of Ganzhou Center City were studied,and the humanism problems in the planning and design of modern residential districts were discussed to improve material culture level and quality life of residents based on the planning and design of residents with humanism spirit,thereby,residents can enjoyed humanism care everywhere.
