摘要
本文在对上市公司财务业绩评价指标体系的相关理论进行阐述的基础上,从财务效益、资产质量、偿债风险、发展能力等四个方面状况对我国房地产业上市公司进行财务业绩分析与评价。
Based on the analysis of the theories of listed companies financial performance evaluation,the article states the financial performance evaluation of real estate listed company in China from the 4 aspects of the financial benefits,assets quality,debt risks,and the development capacity.
