摘要
目的评价凤宁防治实验性乳腺增生的作用并探讨其相关机制。方法用雌二醇(E2)制备兔乳腺增生模型,考察药物的防治作用;观察药物对正常大鼠血清E2、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)、雌激素受体(ER)及孕激素受体(PR)表达的影响。结果口服凤宁8、16g·kg-1可显著减少乳腺小叶数目,减轻腺泡扩张,减少乳腺导管(P<0.01)。凤宁20g·kg-1可增加正常大鼠的肾上腺指数,显著降低其血清中E2的水平;凤宁各剂量组可显著降低正常大鼠血清P水平,凤宁5、20g·kg-1还可显著降低正常大鼠血清中PRL水平。凤宁组各剂量组对ER及PR表达无明显影响。结论凤宁口服对动物实验性乳腺增生有较好的预防作用,其作用可能与其降低动物血清中E2、P及PRL水平有关。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Fengning on the hyperplastic disease of breast and its possible mechanisms. METHODS Hyperplastic diseases of breast in rabbits were induced by intramuscular injection ( im) of estradiol( E2 ) 0. 5 mg·kg-1 for 30 d.
