Determination of cimicifuga glycosides in Xiaofeng Zhiyang granule by HPLC

目的采用HPLC测定消风止痒颗粒中升麻素苷的含量。方法采用Shim-packC18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(34∶66),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长254nm。结果升麻素苷70～560ng与峰面积具良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均加样回收率为100.7%,RSD=1.76%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、快速,精密度和稳定性良好,适用于消风止痒颗粒的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of cimicifuga glycosides in Xiaofeng Zhiyang granule. METHODS Shim-pack C18 column was used,the methanol-water( 34∶66) was used as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL· min-1 ,and detective wavelength was set at 254 nm.
