摘要
宁波市体育社团存在的主要问题表现在社团人员专业素质不高、体育社团管理不够规范、体育社团自治能力不强等方面。社团主要有自主发展模式、官助民办发展模式、购买服务发展模式三种形式。提出了体育社团应建立法人治理制度进一步完善社团内部各项管理制度提高社团人员的专业素质与能力加强体育社团的管理与监督体育社团可持续发展的策略。
In this paper,Ningbo City,sports associations,for example,combining study and practice the scientific outlook on development theory,from the status of Ningbo city,sports associations and the problems start,in-depth anatomical model of the development of sports associations,sports associations put forward a strategy for sustainable development.
