竞技运动员文化教育水平与运动成绩是辩证统一的关系,我国竞技运动员文化教育水平偏低,是影响我国竞技体育发展的因素之一。建议各级部门应加强对竞技运动员文化教育的领导,提高教练员的文化素质;借鉴国外先进经验;竞教结合,全面提高竞技运动员文化教育水平。从改革和重构竞技运动员文化教育体系入手,转变和更新观念,完善和健全法规,探索和建立一个符合中国国情的竞技运动员文化教育科学体系。
