摘要
高校师范体育教育专业《运动生理学》课程体系在一定程度上存在着重视知识教育,轻视能力培养;重视生理学理论学习,轻视运动生理学应用教学的现象;并且存在知识面宽、杂,主线不明确,教师、学生学习困难等问题。从应用性、系统性角度,构建实验应用型《运动生理学》实验课程体系,明确理论基础教学任务,优化《运动生理学》课程结构,整合教育资源,探讨应用与价值取向。为进一步完善其课程结构及教学改革奠定理论基础。
From the perspective of systematicness and utility,this paper constructs the experimental and applied curriculum system of Athletic Physiology,clarifies the tasks of basic theoretical teaching,optimizes the curriculum structure of Athletic Physiology,integrates educational resources,and discusses its application and value orientation,so as to set up theoretical foundation for further perfecting its curriculum structure and teaching reform.
