稳定的校外实训基地是高职酒店管理专业人才培养目标实现的保障。文章以广州城市职业学院碧桂园凤凰酒店管理学院"学生实习"、"校企双赢"、"品牌共建""三阶梯"递进式发展实践为例,探讨了基于市场化校企深度合作的"产业学院型"新型实训基地建设模式,并提出高层重视、协议保障、制度监控和品牌共建四点建议。
