摘要
"2+1"顶岗实习有利于培养学生的职业技能和职业素养,为今后的工作打下良好的基础。文章从运行机制、保障机制和评价机制三个方面探讨顶岗实习长效机制的建立,解决实施过程中存在的问题。
The '2+1' internship assists to develop the students occupational skills and expertise,laying a strong foundation for the futare real job.This paper,discusses the establishment of a permanent mechanism for internship from three perspectives: the operation mechanism,guarantee mechanism and evaluation mechanism,to solve the problems existing in the process of practice.
