哈尔滨市高等学校教师对体育健身的认识程度不够,基础薄弱,缺乏对国家体育政策的了解,"体育人口"的比例低。通过对目前影响哈尔滨市高校教师参与体育活动因素的研究与分析,提出合理化对策,旨在为政府部门制定群众体育方针、政策和措施提供一些参考。

The urban area of Harbin in early high school teachers on physical fitness level of awareness of insufficient foundation is weak,the lack of understanding of the national sports policy,"sports population" is low.By Harbin municipal colleges and universities currently affecting factors of teachers to participate in sports research,analysis,proposed rationalization measures,aimed at government departments to develop mass sports policies,and measures to provide some reference.
