从高校体育教育与拓展训练的结合点出发,提出适合高校体育教学开展的拓展训练项目,具体分析拓展训练在高校开展中存在的问题并提出解决对策,以促进拓展训练这一学习模式在高校体育教学中的推广及应用。

With the combination of physical education in college and extended training a new extended training program is proposed.The concrete problem which exist in the extended training performed in college are proposed and solved in order to apply this kind of study style of extended training into physical education in college.
