摘要
研制了一种改性超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)树脂,研究了二硫化钼、纳米石墨、超细滑石粉、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS)和聚四氟乙烯树脂以及过氧化苯甲酰对超高分子量聚乙烯树脂性能的影响.结果表明:二硫化钼和纳米石墨对超高分子量聚乙烯树脂的耐磨性能和自润滑性能有显著影响,二硫化钼和纳米石墨用量各占3%时,改性超高分子量聚乙烯树脂可以达到很好的耐磨和自润滑效果.在超高分子量聚乙烯树脂中加入超细滑石粉,可以提高超高分子量聚乙烯树脂的硬度,加入乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺可以提高超高分子量聚乙烯树脂的流动性能,加入过氧化苯甲酰可以提高超高分子量聚乙烯树脂与聚四氟乙烯、二硫化钼、纳米石墨、超细滑石粉的交链作用.
A modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) resin was developed.The effect of the molybdenum disulfide,the nano-graphite,the fine talcum powder,the ethylene bis stearamide(EBS) and PTFE resin,and the benzoyl peroxide on the properties of UHMWPE resin was researched.The result shows that the molybdenum disulfide and nano-graphite has salience effect on wear resistance and self-lubricating properties of UHMWPE resin.When molybdenum disulfide and nano-graphite amount each is to 3%,the modified ...
