摘要
目的研究青霉素种子罐工艺的影响因素。方法以产黄青霉菌突变株Penicillium chrysogenum 8621为实验菌种,优化种子罐培养工艺条件。结果获得了种子罐培养的最佳控制条件与最适移种时机。结论使用优化后的工艺条件,该菌株发酵生产青霉素的最终发酵效价提高了5%。
Objective To study the influencing factor of penicillin fermentation production in seeding tank.Methods Using Penicillium chrysogenum 8621 as the experimental strain,the fermentation technology in the seeding tank was optimized.Results The best control condition and the optimal time for transplanting of the strain culture in the seeding tank were obtained.Conclusion The fermentation titer of penicillin produced by Penicillium chrysogenum 8621 can be increased by 5 % using the optimized condition.
