Experimental Studies on Seal Performance of Spherical Sealing Joint

球面密封结构是卫星推进系统中重要的密封结构。为了对它的密封性能进行研究,专门设计了一个试验平台,选择了相应的检漏设备、充气设备和安装设备。经过试验,发现了密封表面加工质量对密封性能的影响。经过分析,研究了球面结构的泄漏机理,提出了保证密封性能的措施。

Spherical sealing joint is an important joint in the propulsion system of satellite. Its sealing ability is studied by experiments. An experiment system with puffing facility, detector and wrench is designed. The results show that the sealing performance is affected by the machining quality of the sphere surface and the cone-shape surface of the spherical sealing joint, and the assembling quality.
