摘要
文章介绍了KM6太阳模拟器的设计方案。为实现先进的技术指标,KM6太阳模拟器选用了离轴准直光学系统设计方案,并对该光学系统进行了理论分析。文章还介绍了机械结构设计、冷却系统设计、电控系统设计、光学装校和光学测量设备设计的关键。采用有限元分析方法对设计进行了优化。
The design scheme of KM6 solar simulator is presented in the paper, where an off-axis and collimation optical system is used to meet some advanced technological requirement. The key techniques in the design of mechanical structures, cool system, electro-control system, optical adjustment and optical measurement equipment are dicussed, and the finite element analysis is carried out to optimize the design.
