干化学与流式计数在尿液常规检测中的过筛价值分析

The analysis of screening values of chemical dipsticks and flow cytometer analyzer in routine urinalysis

目的评价AX-4280尿液干化学分析仪及IQ-200流式尿沉渣定量分析仪在临床尿液常规分析中的过筛价值。方法用AX-4280、1Q-200及DiaSys尿沉渣定量分析工作站对1054例随机收集的我院住院病人晨尿标本进行检测,分析结果,并进行多项参数的对比研究。结果1.测试项目亚硝酸盐(Nit)或蛋白质(Pro)在尿液过筛中意义不大。2.当Nit、Pro,红细胞(Ery)及白细胞(Leu)联合评价过筛价值时,明显提高了检测灵敏度。3.当Nit、Pro、Ery、Leu和流式计数共同评价过筛价值时,提高了灵敏度,降低子漏检率;提高了特异性,降低了显微镜的复检率。结论用Nit、Pro、Ery和Leu共同评价小便检测的过筛价值,它们是较灵敏和特异的,当结合流式计数去联合评价时,提高了检测结果的灵敏度,降低了漏检率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical screening values of the flow cytometer urine sediment quantitative analyzerlQ-200)combined with chemical dipsticks analyzerAX-4280)in routine urinalysis at laboratory.Methods [WTBZ]A cross-check of IQ-200,AX-4280 and DiaSys urine sediment quantitative counting:was performed with 1054 urina sanguinis in our hospital,then analyzed the sensitivity and the rate of missed diagnosis.Results 1.The single item Of Nit Or Pro had a little clinical screening values in urinalysis.2.When Nit,Pro,Ery and Leu were combined to evaluate the screening values,'obviously improved the sensitivity of testing.3.When Nit,Pro,Ery,Leu and IQ-200 flow cytomer analyzer were used to evaluate the values,it improved the sensitivity and reduced the rate of missed diagnosis;it improved the specificity,and reduced the rate of re-examination.Conclusion Combined use of Nit,Pro,Ery and Leu can improve sensitivity and specificity,when combined with flow eytometer IQ-200,it can improve the sensitivity and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis.
