摘要
目的用血清免疫学方法检测乙肝病毒HBeAg浓度含量与HBV-DNA定量水平的临床关系.方法用放射免疫定量法检测107例乙型肝炎患者HBeAg浓度含量,同时采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)检测HBV-DNA.结果血清免疫学方法HBeAg测定值分为三组15~60NCU/ml,0.51~15NCU/ml,<0.5NCU/ml.HBV-DNA定量测得值为7.41±1.57,6.98±1.62,4.95±1.67.结论荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)检测能准确定量反映出HBV的真实感染水平,从数据表明HBeAg血清免疫学检测为阴性时,HBV-DNA定量检测仍有低水平的含量,测定值为4.95±1.67与正常组比较有显著性差异.
Objective To investigate the clinical relations of the contentof HBeAg of Hepatitis B Virus and the level of HBV-DNA.The HBeAg of 107 patients is determined by radiated immunity method and at the same time the content of the HBV-DNA is determined by real time fluorescence ration polymerized enzyme chain reactionFQ-PCR).Results The value of HBeAg is 15~60NCU/ml,0.51~15NCU/ml and less than 0.5NCU/ml by grouping,And the value of HBV-DNA is 7.41±1.57,6.984±1.62 and 4.95±1.67.Conclusions The FQPCR can be indicated true and quantitatively the exact infection of HBV.The lower-level content of HBV-DNA can be determined when the HBeAg is negative in immunology.The value of HBV-DNA is 4.95±1.67 was significantly different from controls.
