摘要 目的探讨尿液AFU活性测定对肾小管损伤的临床意义;方法AFU采用速率测定法,对临床确诊的118例肾脏病患者、健康查体者68例及其他疾病组患者144例进行尿液AFU、NAG及β2-MG联合检测。结果肾脏病组患者尿液AFU均高于健康查体组,并且与NAG和β2-MG具有高度相关性,其阳性率高于NAG和β2-MG。结论尿液AFU活性测定可以作为早期诊断肾损伤的一项有价值的辅助指标。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of determination of urine AFU activity in patients with renal tubular injury.Methods AFU was determined by rate assay.Urine AFU、NAG and β2-MG were combined measured in 118 patients with nephropathy,68 healthy volunteers and 144 patients with other diseases.Results The AFU level in the urine of the patients with nephropathy was significantly higher than that of the healthy volunteers,there was a relation of the AFU level with NAG and β2-MG in the urine,the positive rate of the urine NAG and β2-MG in the patients with nephropathy. Conclusion The determination of urine AFU activity is of great clinical significance and can be a valuable parameter in early diagnosis of kidney injury.
