摘要
目的探讨细胞间粘附分子(ICAM-1)、血管细胞粘附分子(VCAM-1)与膀胱癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用ELISA方法检测26例膀胱癌与10例正常人的血清ICAM-l VCAM-1。采用免疫组化技术检测ICAM-1在膀胱癌组织和正常膀胱粘膜中的表达。结果膀胱癌组术前血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1分别为304.1ug/ml和1133,6ug/ml,明显高于对照组188.1ug/ml和496.9ug/m1,其含量随肿瘤分级、临床分期递增而升高。膀胱癌组14例术后3个月6、个月随访,血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1较术前明显降低。初发与复发膀胱癌血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1均升高,但两者差异无显著性。膀胱癌组织10例中ICAM-1阳性表达6例。结论血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平对膀胱癌早期诊断,肿瘤分级,临床分期,预后判断和随访有明确的预示作用。
Objective To clarify the correlation beween serumintercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM 1).vascular cell adhesionmolecule-1(VCAM-1) and bladder neoplasm.Methods Serum ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were detected by means of ELISA technique in 26 cases of bladdertransitional cell carcinoma,10 cases of nontumor urogenital diseases ornormal subjects as controls.Results [WTBZ]The mean contents of ICAM-l.VEAM-1 were significantly higher in bladder cancer patients(304.1 ug/ml.1133.6 ug/ml) than in the controls(188.1 ug/ml.496.9 ug/ml,These wereelevated with the advance of tumor grade and tomor stage.Three and sixmonths after operation,both the ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were significantly reduced,while in the relapse cases,the ICAM 1 and VCAM I would riseagain.Immunochemical tectmique revealed that the rise of serum ICN-Icontent is related to the increased expression of neoplastic tissue.Conclusions Serum ICAM-1 and VCA-1 levels were claimed to be valuablemarkers in the early diagnosis and prognosis of bladder cancer and isvaluable in the follow up study of bladder cancer.
