三种丙肝抗体检测方法用于献血员人群筛查的评价

Evaluation of three methods for screening hepatitis C virus antibody in blood donors

目的探讨三种丙型肝炎病毒抗体检测方法的应用及可靠性。方法对150240份献血者用国产试剂检测阳性的516例标本再用ORTHO试剂及ABBOTT试剂检测,并做HCV RNA分析。结果516例国产试剂检测阳性的标本中ORTHO试剂检测阳性为226例,ABBOTT试剂检测阳性为245例,HCV RNA阳性为186例;ABBOTT试剂与ORTHO试剂检测符合率为90.7%,HCV RNA与ORTHO试剂检测符合率为90.3%。结论ABBOTT试剂与ORTHO试剂在检测抗HCV上有很好的一致性,而国产试剂则存在较大的差异,其判断标准需加以改进。

Objective To explore the application and reliability of three methods for screening HCV antibody.Methods 516 positive cases that detected by the reagents made in china were detected by ORTHO and ABBOTT reagents,and by ribonucleic Acid analyses.Results In the 516 cases there were 226,245,186 positive cases detected by ORTHO,ABBOTT reagents,and HCV RNA analyses respectively.There was 90.7% concordance between ORTHO reagents and ABBOTT reagents,and 90.3% between HCV RNA analyses and ORTHO reagents.Conclusion The results detected by ORTHO reagents for screening HCV antibody were good accordant with the results detected by ORTHO reagents,the reagents made in china were significant difference compared with ORTHO and ABBOTT reagents, the judgement standards of the reagents made in china need to be improved.
