The Potential Factors of Coaches' Non-power Influence

采用文献调研法和专家访谈法,对教练员非权力影响力的潜在要素进行了研究。研究认为,教练员所具有的强烈的成就动机、坚强的意志、稳定的情绪、超群的气质、刚柔相济的性格、爱憎分明的情感是其激励热情、鼓舞士气、凝聚人心而产生感召力和内驱力的心理根源。优秀的教练员无不注重培养自己杰出的心理品质,以增强领导能力,从而推动目标的实现。

This paper studies the potential factors of coaches' non-power influence by the methods of document search and the experts' interview.The result shows that the coach's great ambition,strong will,stable mood,super quality,hard and soft character,deep love and hate motion are the psychological origin to encourage enthusiasm,keep up morale,become united as one.The excellent coaches will take much attention to the cultivation of their individualistic psychological characters so as to improve their leading ability and realize their targets.
