摘要
对短跑运动员的选材与培养进行探讨和研究,指出科学合理地对少年运动员进行选材和培养对于提高成材率减少训练中的人才“浪费”现象有重要意义,是当今高水平运动队抓好的重要环节,提出如何进行短跑运动员的选材和培养的方法及手段,以期为田径运动发展提供一些借鉴。
This paper discusses and studies the selection and cultivation of sprinters,which is of great significance for the increase of the success rate of training and the decrease of talent's loss.It is also the key point to improve the sports team's qualities.Hereby we make some advice on how to select and train sprinters in order to improve the track and field.
