摘要
通过教学对比试验,对运动处方教学模式在高校中长跑教学中的运用进行了研究,研究结果表明:运动处方教学模式具有科学性、知识性、针对性和实用性的特点,不仅提高了课堂教学效果,而且能更好地指导和促进学生课外体育锻炼。
By the contrast experiment on teaching,the study has been done to investigate the practice of the teaching mode of sporting prescription in the middle-distance running teaching at university.The result shows that the teaching mode of sporting prescription possess the characteristics of science,knowledge, direction and practicality.It not only increases the effects of classroom teaching,but also promotes and guides the exercises after school well.
