摘要
通过对南宁市城区老年人经常参加体育锻炼与不常参加体育锻炼两类人群的体质和生活质量的抽样调查与比较分析,旨在研究体育锻炼对老年人体质和生活质量的影响,结果表明:经常参加体育锻炼,可以使老年人的身体成分更趋合理,对老年人控制体重有一定的帮助,同时可以有效的提高老年人的心肺功能、身体素质和生活质量。
In this study,the effect of the physical exercise to the physical fitness and the life quality of the elderly people living in the city of Nanning are valued by the sampling investigation and by making comparison between the elderly people taking physical exercise regularly and the adverse.The results show that the elderly people taking physical exercise regularly have more reasonable body components,the exercise helps to control their weight as well as to improve their cardio-pulmonary function,condition fitness and life quality.
