连锁超市通过规模化和分散化经营,以其无可抗拒的优势成为21世纪零售业的主流,目前在世界上发展势头良好。店铺的选址与开发是连锁超市经营成功的前提。连锁超市企业应当在竞争激烈的市场,通过科学的选址和开发策略,形成合理的网络布局。
The chain supermarket,operated in the mode of scale and dispersing,turns out to be the main current of retailing for its advantages in the 21st century,and develops well in the world.Store's address choosing and exploitation is the premise for chain supermarket.This paper aims to explore how the linkage supermarket enterprises form reasonable network layout in the keen competing market through choosing address and development strategy.
