摘要
目的探讨骨折不愈合的治疗新方法。方法以游离皮质骨-骨膜瓣移植治疗骨不愈合、骨缺损病例。结果自2001年6月到2005年12月,共用以治疗骨不愈合13例,获得满意效果。结论皮质骨-骨膜瓣血运丰富,易成活,并发症少,是治疗骨不愈合的理想术式。
Objective To explore new treatment of bone nonunion. Methods Cases of bone defects and bone nonunion were repaired with free vaseularised thin cortex bone-periosteum flap. Results Since 2001.6-2005.12. ]3 cases of bone nonunion were treated by above mentioned method with satisfactory results. Conclusion The above mentioned technique could be a safe and effect method for repairing bone nonunion. It has the advantages of reliable blood supply and few complications.
