Treatment of Bone Exposure of Leg by Use Opposed Medial Crural Flap

目的探讨修复小腿骨外露的方法。方法应用小腿内侧皮瓣交叉移位修复对侧小腿骨外露。结果骨外露修复,皮瓣全部成活良好。结论小腿内侧皮瓣交叉移位修复对侧小腿骨外露是安全有效的方法。

Objective To study the method of bone exposure of leg. Methods Bone exposure of leg was repaired by use opposed medial crural flap. Results 32 cases of bone exposure were repaired. All flaps survived completely. Conclusion Opposed medial crural flap is an appropriate treatment for bone exposure of leg.
