急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术108例临床体会

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis:A clinical experience of 108 cases

目的:总结腹腔镜下处理急性胆囊炎的临床经验。方法:回顾性分析2003年1月-2005年12月108例腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)治疗急性胆囊炎(acute cholecystitis,AC)的临床资料。结果:102例LC成功,6例因炎症粘严重而中转开腹,全组无严重并发症发生。结论:绝大多数急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全可行。

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) for acute cholecystitis. Methods:Clinical records of 108 cases of acute cholecystitis treated by LC from January 2003 to Decemmber 2005 were respectively reviewed. Results :LC was successfully accomplished in 102 cases and a conversioncholeystctomy was required in 6 cases because of erious inflammatory adhesion. In the study no severe complications occurred. Conclusion: LC can be performed safely in the majority of cases of acute cholecystitis.
