摘要
目的探讨个性化钛网精确修复眉弓骨质缺损的初步应用。方法采用螺旋CT扫描,获取患者头部骨组织数据,在计算机上进行三维重建,得到数字模型。通过对该模型编辑,设计出与对侧形态对称的修复体模型,通过数控机床将钛网预制成形,术中植入受区。结果本组4例,其中额眶颧骨折1例,眉弓骨性血管瘤1例,陈旧性额眶颧骨折2例。术后眉弓形态满意,双侧对称,未发生植入体外露。结论采用术前预制的个性化钛网修复体可以更加精确地修复眉弓骨质缺损,降低手术难度,提高手术效果。
Objective To investigate the application of individualized titanium meshwork in repairing supraorbital defects.Methods The data was obtained by helix CT scan.The shape of the implants was designed according to the patients data by computer.The individualized implant was placed to repair bone deficiency directly during the operation.Results All 4 patients(one of fracture of brow and zygoma,one of bone angioma,another two of old fracture of brow and zygoma)in our group were satisfied after treatment.Supraorbital ridge were symmetry post- operatively,and no evidence of bareness of the implants was found.Conclusion Preoperative-individulized titanium meshwork could rehabilitate defect of supra- orbital more precisely.It not only make the operation more easier than before,but also increase satisfaction of the patients.
