Bellidifolin对小鼠的急性毒性及对小鼠骨髓细胞的微核效应

Acute toxicity and effects on the frequencies of micronucleated cells of bellidifolin

目的研究紫红獐芽菜中单体提取物Bellidifolin的急性毒性及遗传毒性。方法采用急性毒性实验,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验,以经口灌胃方式给药。结果小鼠Bellidifolin最大耐受量MTD为15g/kg,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核发生率结果显示紫红獐芽菜单体提取物Bellidifolin高、中、低剂量组与阴性对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.01)。结论Bellidifolin为无毒类物质,无致突变作用。

Objective To investigate the acute toxicity and genotoxicity of bellidifolin in mice.Methods The oral acute toxicity test,micronucleus test of polychromatic erythocytes in bone marrow.Results Acute test showed MTD of the bellidifolin was 15g/kg.The micronucleus test showed 10.0, 5.0,2.5 g/kg in bellidifolin groups with high,medium and low dosage.Compared with the negative control,there was not significant difference(P>0.01).Conclusion The study suggests that bellidifolin is not a toxic plant,nor observed genotoxicity.
