摘要
吡啶基及其衍生物由于它们特有的活性,已成为新医药和农药开发中重要的组成基团。介绍了2003年至2008年全球新上市的含吡啶基的合成医药品种,2000年以来新上市的农药品种和它们合成方法,及已生产农药主要吡啶中间体。
With the special activity,pyridyl and its derivatives have been important structures in developing medicine and pesticide.The pyridyl-containing medicine products marketed between 2003 through 2008 and pesticides come into market since 2000 were introduced,together with their syntheses.Also,major pyridine intermediates for pesticide production were discussed in this paper.
