摘要
以4-氯吡啶-2-甲酸甲酯为起始原料,经过肼解、重氮化及重排反应合成了2-氨基-4-氯吡啶,3步反应总收率68.56%。产品经1H NMR和MS表征。该方法具有操作简单等优点,适合工业化生产。
2-Amino-4-chloropyridine was synthesized in three steps in an overall yield of 68.5% using methyl 4-chloropicolinate as the starting material.The structure of the product was confirmed with 1H NMR and MS.The process is simple and feasible to large scale preparation.
